Key Responsibilities:


    • The Documentation Executive is responsible for creating master data for vendors, customers, transporters, and items. 
    • S/he will be  handling purchase orders, E-way bills, and GRN tracking, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. 
    • S/he will also be converting inquiries into sales quotes/orders, prepare sales invoices and credit notes, and will be coordinating with various departments for documentation tasks. 
    • Additionally, s/he will oversee physical stock verification, assist in organizing and archiving records, and ensure timely compliance with company standards, fostering effective communication and collaboration both internally and externally.
